Jerod Sommerfeldt, focusing on the creation of algorithmic and stochastic processes, utilizing the results for both fixed and real-time composition and improvisation. His music explores digital audio artifacts and the destruction of technology, resulting in work that questions the dichotomy between the intended and unintentional. With the composer, multi instrumentalist and computer music Programmer David McDonnell he formed the Diving Bell collective. Their album labelled with the same name is a brilliant mixture of soundprocessing electronic soundscapes, Kalimba and free saxophone improvisation.
