Innerhalb des geschmackvoll gestalteten Cardbordsleeve taucht der Text des PREDOMINANCE Klassikers ‘Aurora Borealis‘ auf, der die Grundintention von “Nocturnal Gates Of Incidence” perfekt widerspiegelt:

Obwohl modernster Forschung kennen wir nur Bruchstücke vom Weltall, womit heftigster Einbildung bzw. Vorstellungskraft bestimmt Gefahren lauern, welche Gerd Zaunig hinter PREDOMINANCE seit der Erstveröffentlichung 2000 beschwört. Auch 12 Jahre später verfügt das Thema noch über Anziehungs- bzw. Ausdruckskraft, wie die Tonkunst auch, deren Sphären die Weite des Universums vermitteln. Wer PREDOMINANCE im Allgemeinen & “Nocturnal Gates Of Incidence” im Speziellen nicht kennt, dem sei gesagt, dass sie/ ihn fließender Ambient mit leicht noisigen Touch erwarten, den der Dresdner mit charismatischen Sprachsequenzen akzentuierte, die der Gesamtheit viel packende wie mitnehmende Mysteriösität verleihen. Insgesamt ein berührender Soundtrack, der nicht nur aus dem “Tophit” ‘Aurora Borealis‘ besteht, sondern in Gänze durch Intensität besticht.
Fazit:
Obwohl “Nocturnal Gates Of Incidence” von PREDOMINANCE seit nunmehr 12 Jahren die “Szenerie” begeistert, scheint es noch Kaufinteressenten zu geben, dass bei derartiger Klasse nicht weiter verwundert, die auch nach x Hördurchläufen über die Jahre noch flux in die Weiten der Galaxie katapultiert – meine absolute Empfehlung! PS: Zeitlosigkeit, bestimmt ein Markenzeichen von PREDOMINANCE’s “Nocturnal Gates Of Incidence”!!!
